みなさんこんにちは！米国内で4番目に大きい、ハワイのビッグイベントホノルルマラソンは、いよいよ今週日曜日2017年12月10日開催です。
日本からご到着の皆さまも多くいらっしゃるかと思います。マッサージセラピストとして、レースの前後にオイルマッサージをお受けになることを強くおすすめします。マッサージには、筋緊張を解したりストレスや過緊張を和らげるなど、様々な効果があります。なんといっても、レース前夜の良質な睡眠を促すことは間違いありません。

[Honolulu Marathon 2017: Needing Massage?]
Hello, everyone! Honolulu Marathon, which is the fourth largest marathon in the US and one of the biggest events in Hawaii, is scheduled for this Sunday, December 10th, 2017.
Especially for those of you who have just landed from outside of the island, I, as a professional massage therapist, strongly recommend you to receive oil massage BEFORE and AFTER the race.
